The next two are Maputo, Mozambique.

Wow these are awesome pictures! What where you doing in Mozambique and South Africa? My boyfriend and I have been thinking we will have to go to Cape Town, South Africa for his work and it excites me so much because I never thought I would make it onto that continent. This is my favorite day of this challenge because it is so inspiring to see where people have been. Hope your having a great week and keeping warm!

i should quickly note that none of those pictures are mine, i found them via the internet, cos i didn't have any pictures of my own of places i've been.
ReplyDeletei was in mozambique and south africa as a tag-along on a missions trip. my parents were with ywam at the time, at a base in arbroath, scotland, and the base sent a group down to south africa and mozambique for two months, and my parents had to go as part of the group, and they couldn't very well leave a 13-year-old, an 11-year-old, and a 10-year-old alone in scotland, so we came with. i actually had my 14th birthday on a bus from beira, mozambique, to maputo, mozambique.
